Graphic Designer
I'm currently a user interface and information designer at
CNBC/NBC Universal in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Here I both design
and project manage the daily graphics for the CNBC.com site
that averages 17 million page view per day. Graphics include
interactive slide shows, maps and charts, special report show
pages, and much more.
I've also worked with several in-house studios and marketing
agencies in both New York and New Jersey. Nationally recognized
brands such as Absolut, Duracell, Caress, Vaseline Intensive
Care, and The National Football League. Managed most projects
from conception through completion including full production.
Developed marketing and branding concepts, proofed work for
final stages, entire web site design and execution and iconography.

Sr. Art Director
Lead designer and director managing full-time and freelance
designers on a variety of consumer targeted marketing campaign
materials. Stationed remotely and on site with Chicago New Business
Team to develop and execute new business pitches. Employed marketing
methodologies to both off and online promotional initiatives
for kid-friendly campaigns, pharmaceutical products and consumer
goods.
Campaign Highlights:
McNeil/Johnson & Johnson: Concepted and created
numerous elements for full Tylenol line, including adult products
such as Arthritis Relief, Children’s and Infant’s
Tylenol and Motrin. Designed sales platforms and event signage
for Rapid Release Gels featuring seven NASCAR personalities,
as well as a national “Get Serious About Sleep”
sweepstakes campaign which promoted Tylenol sleep aid products.
McDonalds: Worked in Chicago with
new business team to develop pitch strategy for both Safeway
and Wal*Mart packaging for their new Arch gift card as well
as a Coca-Cola wrapping paper integration. Hand-drawn concept
illustrations for the standee that showcases toys found in McDonald’s
Happy Meals.
Prego: Designed in-store promotional
materials for Prego’s “Nil, Nada, Nothing”
challenge as well as concept work for three event/promotion
pitch options.
Kellogg: Lead designer role in the
Nerf promotion with three of the main ready-to-eat cereal products.
In each concept, the Nerf toy interacted with the corresponding
package offering more than just a simple prize inside.
sanofi-aventis: Solely responsible for providing
a fresh look to the osteoarthritis medication Hyalgan. A patient’s
treatment was a 6 month, phased process, so 12 pieces of correspondence,
both off and online, addressed the respective phase of each
treatment.

Project Highlight
Ascensia: Designed, produced, and project managed the domestic
and global launch of the Bayer Corporation's diabetes self-diagnostic
segment. Ascensia touts Bayer’s range of diabetes products,
services and support systems. Items produced include a launch
website, sales materials, both doctor and consumer-focused literature,
packaging, and trade show components.

Concepted, produced, and released branding materials for a
wide range of businesses and organizations from start to finish
in partnership with agency principal.
Portfolio pieces included multi-page guidebooks, brochures,

Designer
Designed and released a variety of materials for high profile
megabrands such as Armor All and Clorox household products.
Lead creative in the redesign of the STP logo and brand program
which included a multi-page standards manual, announcement,
promotion materials and sales collateral.
Additional projects included creation of POP displays, label
stickers, free standing inserts, and producing materials for
focus groups
